کاربرد سیستم تقاضای مستقیم جمع‌پذیر ضمنی (AIDADS)در تبیین رفتار مصرفی خانوارهای ایرانی از مواد خوراکی منتخب

چکیده

چکیده
در این مطالعه الگوی "سیستم تقاضای مستقیم جمع‌پذیر ضمنی" که شکل تعمیم‌یافتة الگوی سیستم تقاضای مخارج خطی است و بر خلاف الگوی دوم امکان بررسی وجود رابطة غیر‌خطی بین درآمد و تقاضا را فراهم می‌کند، برای تبیین رفتار مصرفی خانوار های ایرانی از سبد مواد خوراکی که شامل گوشت گاو، گوسفند، مرغ و ماهی، سیب، پرتقال و شیر برای دوره 1354-1385 مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که کشش درآمدی تقاضا با سطح درآمد سرانه (مخارج) رابطة غیر‌خطی دارد و این وضعیت در هر دو حالت الگوی مقید و نامقید صادق است. بر این اساس، سیستم تقاضای مخارج خطی که تا کنون بطور گسترده‌ای در مطالعات تجربی استفاده می‌شود می‌تواند منجر به محاسبه کشش‌های درآمدی غیر واقعی و برداشت‌های سیاستی نادرست شود. براساس الگوی سیستم تقاضای مستقیم جمع‌پذیر ضمنی کشش درآمدی برای گوشت گاو و گوسفند کمتر از یک، برای سیب برابر یک و برای شیر، گوشت ماهی و مرغ بالاتر از یک می‌باشد. براین اساس، گروه آخر جزء کالاهای لوکس و گروه اول جزء کالاهای ضروری می‌باشند.

Application of the Implicitly Directly Additive Demand System (AIDADS) in Modeling Consumption Behavior of the Iranian Households for Selected Food Commodities

چکیده English

Abstract
In this study the AIDADS which is a generalization of Linear Expenditure System (LES) and in contrast to the latter model allows the presence of nonlinear relationship between demand and consumption expenditure is applied to the Iranian consumption data on beef, lamb, broiler, fish, milk, apple and orange for period 1976-2006. Results indicate that, income elasticity, derived from both restricted and unrestricted models, has a nonlinear relationship with per capita income (expenditure). Thus, LES which is widely used in empirical studies may results in an unrealistic elasticities and inappropriate policy implication. Results based on the estimated AIDADS reveal that income elasticity for beef and lamb are less than one, for apple is equal one, and for milk, fish and chicken are more than one. Therefore, the latter group of commodities is considered to luxury, while that of the first group is necessary.
