برآورد اریب تجمیع در سیستم تقاضای تقریباً ایده آل برای انواع گوشت در ایران

چکیده

در حالی‌که نادیده‌گرفتن اثرات توزیع درآمدی در الگوی تقاضای جمعی عموماً منجر به اریب شدن پارامترهای تخمینی میشود و در نتیجه این الگوها به درستی عکس‌العمل خانوارها را منعکس نمی‌نماید، با این حال در مطالعات تجربی تقاضا بندرت به مشکل اریب تجمیع در توابع تقاضا توجه شده و بسادگی از آن چشم‌پوشی شده است. هدف این مطالعه برآورد اریب جمع‌سازی در تابع تقاضای انواع گوشت خانوارهای ایرانی و بررسی معنی-داری این خطا و اثر آن بر کشش‌های قیمتی و درآمدی است. این کار در چارچوب تابع تقاضای AIDS برای انواع گوشت و با استفاده ازآمارهای دوره زمانی 1363 تا 1386 انجام شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که تصحیح اریب تجمیع مخارج خانوارها بر پارامترهای تخمینی تابع تقاضا، خصوصاً کشش ها اثر قابل‌ملاحظه ای دارد.

Estimating Aggregation Bias in AIDS Model for Meat Demand in Iran

چکیده English

While ignoring income distribution and estimating aggregate demand generally leads to aggregation bias and thus, does not reflect households’ demand properly, yet aggregation bias is rarely considered in empirical demand studies and simply is ignored in most cases. The objective of the present study is to estimate aggregation bias in households’ demand for various types of meats and to evaluate its effects on the magnitudes of price and income elasticities. Ultimately, AIDS demand function was estimated using time series data over the period 1984-2007. Results indicate that correcting the aggregation bias has considerable impacts on the estimated parameters especially on the elasticities.
