چکیده
امنیت غذایی از موضوعات مهم در دنیاست. همهگیری کرونا، حمله روسیه به اوکراین، خشکسالی و بسیاری از عوامل دیگر منجر به افزایش قیمت مواد غذایی بهویژه در کشورهایی که واردکننده مواد غذایی بودهاند شده است. کشور ایران نیز از جمله کشورهای وارد کننده مواد غذایی در جهان میباشد. لذا افزایش قیمت مواد غذایی در جهان بدون شک بر بخشهای مختلف اقتصادی ایران نیز اثرگذار خواهد بود. در این مطالعه تلاش شده است تا با استفاده از یک مدل تعادل عمومی قابل محاسبه ویژه تجارت جهانی (GTAP) با دو منطقهی ایران و بقیه دنیا (ROW) و چهار بخش اقتصادی شامل: کشاورزی، صنعت و معدن، نفت و خدمات به بررسی اثرات یک شوک قیمتی 30 درصدی در قیمت جهانی محصولات کشاورزی پرداخته شود. این تجربه سیاستی نیازمند تغییر روش بستن مدل جهت تثبیت قیمت بازاری در ناحیه بقیه دنیا یا ROW، میباشد. این تجربه بهطور ضمنی نشان میدهد که کشور ایران به لحاظ کوچک بودن، تأثیر آنچنانی بر قیمتهای جهانی ندارد. نتایج نشان میدهد در صورت افزایش 30 درصدی قیمت جهانی کالاهای کشاورزی، قیمت مصرفکننده در بخش کشاورزی 49/ 3 درصد و مقدار کالای مصرفی به اندازه 37/ 1 درصد نسبت به مقدار اولیه بهترتیب افزایش و کاهش مییابد. علاوه بر این نتایج نشان میدهد میزان تولید در بخش کشاورزی و نفت افزایش و در سایر بخشها کاهش مییابد. براساس معیار رفاه EV، سطح رفاه خانوار خصوصی به اندازه 05/3349 کاهش مییابد و نتایج حاصل از تجزیه رفاه، مهمترین عامل اثرگذار بر رفاه را ناشی از تأثیرات تخصیص (کارایی) منابع معرفی میکند.
