In order to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of horticulture processing industries in North Khorasan province, this study was used in the analysis of strategic factors approach. Required information through interviews and questionnaires completed by 20 people of professional management and agricultural industries, horticulture experts and owners horticulture processing industries in province in 2012 Were collected. The results showed that horticulture raw materials over of capacity agricultural processing industries with weight (0.014316) and the final score (0.05) is as the most important strengths factor in the formation and development of horticulture processing industries. Non-use horticulture processing industries of research and development unit based on entropy measure with weight (0.02365), and the final score (0.05), as the most important factor affecting the formation and development of horticulture processing industries Was diagnosed. Ability to attract foreign investment in the horticulture industry as a major opportunity for the formation and development of horticulture processing industries with weight (0.148058) and the final score (0.4) and instability in planning production horticultural crops by farmers with weight (0.205475) and the final score (0.4) as the most serious threat to the formation and development of horticulture processing industries of North Khorasan has been evaluated. According to the results, the fridge development of appropriate with measurement of horticultural production in order to needs of existing industries and the reduction of waste and improving research and development units in the horticulture processing industries in order to competitiveness further enhance the of the horticultural industries of the province with neighboring provinces horticultural industries, as horticulture processing industries strategies have been introduced.

Abstract One of the major risks in the agricultural sector is the price fluctuations risk of agricultural products. Futures markets for agricultural products as one of the policies and executive approach have a significant impact on reducing price fluctuations of agricultural products. So in this study, In this study the factors affecting farmers likely to participate in the future market for product sale by using cross-sectional data from 90 tomato farming Mashhad in 2009- 2010 with using of logit model estimated were analyzed. This study result shows that the firstly Hedge ratio of this product to sample between -1.25 to 5.63 variables and secondly the optimum Hedge ratio of 0.03 is. In addition to results logit model show that the age farmers and farmer debt, the statistically significant and positive effect on the probability of having farmers participate in the futures market and cultivation area, how to sell product and coefficient price changes in cash market variables to have statistically significant and negative effect on the probability participation in the futures market are farmers. The results of suggested were considered. According to the results, increase awareness of all age groups farmers, through the expansion educational and extension classes and motivate small-scale farmers (target groups) to use this market suggested.

AbstractIn this study, willingness to pay of 180 wheat farmers in Khorasan Razavi province to remove weeds in different options and different growth stages in 2008 through logarithmic regression was investigated. The results indicated that farmer's total annual income, being perennial of weeds and dummy variables percent of removing weeds in growth different stages, had positive and significant effect on farmers' willingness to pay. The most important variable, with a positive effect on farmers' willingness to pay to manage weeds in all three growth stages, is their annual income. The average farmer's willingness to pay to remove weeds in each of the existing status from germination to the generation growth stages trend had increased. According to the results, suggested taking into account the farmers' economical behavior for managing weeds in different growth steps in order to receive necessary management messages toward producing higher effective herbicides especially applicable in reproductive stage, willingness to pay for herbicides with different efficiencies in controlling weeds, specific look toward management of perennial weeds and combined controlling methods assuring above 70% controls.

چکیدهدر این پژوهش با استفاده از دادههای حاصل از 107 نفر از اعضای تعاونیهای تولید کشاورزی، درجه اهمیت تنگناهای پیشروی تعاونیهای تولیدی با بهرهگیری از معیار آنتروپی بررسی گردید. نتایج نشان میدهد که نبود برنامهریزی جامع بلندمدت از سوی مدیران و اعضای تعاونیها در زمینه اقدامات بازاریابی در زمان تولید محصولات و پس از تولید با وزن (1/0)، وجود عوامل واسطهای و دلالان در هنگام فروش محصول از سوی تعاونیها با وزن (0727/0) و عدم بکارگیری نیروهای متخصص از سوی تعاونیها در مقوله خرید و فروش محصول با وزن (0690/0) به ترتیب به عنوان مهمترین و موثرترین تنگناها در ناکارایی نظام بازاریابی تعاونیهای تولید کشاورزی میباشند. با توجه به یافتهها، برگزاری کلاسهای آموزشی برای مدیران و اعضای تعاونیها در رابطه با اصول و روشهای صحیح بازاریابی، اتخاذ سیاستها و راهبردهای کوتاهمدت و بلندمدت حمایتی و هدایتی ویژه از سوی دولت در جهت کاهش فعالیت واسطههای توزیع محصولات کشاورزی و در نهایت حذف آنها، فراهم نمودن زمینههای مناسب برای انتقال تجارب و تخصص تعاونیهای تولید کشاورزی موفق در فرایند بازاریابی به سایر تعاونیهای تولیدی، و استفاده از نیروهای مجرب و تحصیلکرده در تعاونیها، به عنوان عوامل موثر بر تقویت و قدرت نظام بازاریابی تعاونیهای تولید کشاورزی پیشنهاد میشود.
